Additional Info: This is a completely restored 1993 21' Sea Ark VC Commander. It is powered by twin 2003 Mercury 115 hp fourstoke motors. The motors have 514 original hours on them. The boat was media blasted, treated, and two coats of two part epoxy was applied as a primer followed by two coats of two part industrial polyurathane topcoat. New non skid surface was applied.
